Faq's

I offer a wide variety of products in which can be sublimated, wood burnt and etched. Check out my list of products to see more! 

The tumblers will come in their own box which is white. There is no other gift wrapping apart from this.

You can expect your order to be shipped 7-10 business days from your order. Depending on the size of the order it may be shorter or longer. 

Upon ordering, there is a personalization section where the customer can describe what they would like on their product(s). I will create a design and send a picture to the customer for approval. Once approved, the product will be created and shipped. 

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to rectify the situation. Another product may be made, however, shipping is still paid by the customer.
